Tom Stevens

Bass player, one of their singers and writers in the Long Ryders.

Tom comes from Elkhard, Ind., and played bass in a band called Magi.
1983 he recorded his own EP. He now wrote the songs, sang and played guitar. You can call the songs pure guitar pop, and they are still very much worth listening.
The following years Tom spent as a member of the Long Ryders.
He also took part in the multi-band project Danny And Dusty.
When the Long Ryders broke up, Tom took part in projects with Chris Cacavas and Jack Waterson and recorded his own fine records again. He contributed "Everybody Nows This Is Nowhere" to the "This Notes For You Too"-Neil Young tribute album. Tom has returned to Elkhard again.
